This consultant works with the engagement sponsors to scope and plan the work. They also work to customize the activities to be appropriate for the culture and structure of the target organization. This consultant prepares and delivers key presentations based on input from other team members. The Management Consultant may also temporarily fill management roles within a client during times of transition and organizational development.The consultant in this key role gathers, organizes, and analyzes the information required to assess and make planning recommendations. This roles is best filled by someone with broad experience who enjoys discovering and sifting through information to find the nuggets that tell the true story. The Analyst prepares, holds, and documents stakeholder interviews and facilitated meetings. This person also organizes and analyses the information for key findings and deliverables and is key in deliverable preparation.
