Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and direction of the project effort. This individual is also responsible for the overall budgeting, planning, reporting of status to management and controlling of the project effort.

Engagement Manager

The primary role of the Engagement Manager is to assist the Project Manager in achieving the objectives of the project. The Engagement Manager will meet regularly with your personnel, the Project Manager, and the project team to determine what, if anything, could be done to increase the potential success of the project. They will also provide quality assurance to all key deliverables and ensure that proper procedures are being followed.

Functional Business Analyst

The Functional Business Analyst provides subject matter expertise in specific Oracle / PeopleSoft modules and is responsible for design, installation, integration, customization and quality assurance for their respective modules.  This individual understands the detailed software functionality and will work to identify “pitfalls” in certain software configurations.

Technical Lead

The Technical Lead provides knowledge and work direction to the development team for the migration of all modifications and customizations. The Technical Lead will provide technical input into customization migration decisions, participate in test plan and cutover plan preparation, ensure that proper and current customization documentation exists, analyze and/or perform pre- and/or post-implementation tasks in their area of expertise, troubleshoot issues and communicate with Oracle Support to resolve TAR’s, and keep Project Management informed of technical progress and issues in a timely fashion.

Technical Developer

The Developer reviews requirements and specifications for migration of customizations and modifications, migrates the customizations and modifications into the new applications environment, and performs unit testing. The Developer is responsible for providing support to the project team with respect to technical issues and completing technical tasks and deliverables assigned by the project manager.

DBA

The Database Administrator will be responsible for the operation of the database management systems of the organization, and for providing leadership in the technical implementation. This responsibility includes ensuring the performance of the database management systems, as well as the integrity and physical security of the organization’s information resource. 

Trainers

Trainers will work with Functional User Representatives and Functional Business Analysts to develop and/or update end user training materials and deliver training to end users.
