Employee Referral Program

At SafeNet, our business is people. When assembling our business model, one of our first concerns was just where we would find the

people, so let's make sure that our great people are incented to refer their trusted relationships to our company. To fullfill this goal,

all consultants that work with SafeNet have an outstanding opportunity to earn recruiting bonuses.

An ongoing incentive is paid for any qualified referral resulting in professional-level hire. SafeNet currently pays employees $2 for

every hour their referrals bill as long as both are employed by SafeNet Consulting.

This very successful program has paid out well over a million dollars to our employees since our inception. In fact, over 50% of

the consultants currently working with SafeNet were referred here by our own consultants!

Sales Bonus Program

SafeNet is an entrepreneurial organization which seeks and attracts the best and brightest consultants and employees. We

related contributions.

Engagement Managers

The Engagement Manager and Account Manager are responsible for managing the client relationship. They work together to ensure

client satisfaction, provide overall leadership, and grow the account from a revenue perspective.

The Engagement Manager is dedicated to the successful delivery of each project. They work with client management to ensure that any

project element within and outside the SafeNet Consulting scope of responsibility, which could impact the success of the engagement are

properly addressed.

Development of New Practice Areas

At SafeNet we continuously focus on innovation in our products and methods. Innovation is guided by our desire to provide unique high

value-add solutions to our clients. Often these ideas lead to the formation of business units (Specialty Practices) to nurture, mature and deliver

these solutions to our clients. Each SafeNet consultant has the opportunity to mature his or her idea to a practice and share in the rewards of that business

unit through our practice initiation, review, and development processes.
