Consultants at SafeNet are paid hourly

Every hour that is billable and acceptable to our Clients is paid. By accepting risk of being on the bench, we

are able to pay above market rates. Since our people are paid hourly, there are no “Target Billable Hours”

at SafeNet as there are in most other consulting firms. At SafeNet, you can design your work life to be in

balance with your personal life. Some of our people work more than full time, in order to increase their

income. Others work less, in order to bring balance to their working and personal lives. At SafeNet, your

personal needs are very important to us. While we always need to balance needs with those of our clients’,

we are up-front with all parties going into an engagement so that expectations are well known in advance.

Your choice of engagements

It's about respect. You are in charge of your career at SafeNet. What does that mean? It means that you can

turn down any engagement presented to you by our Account Managers for any reason. It means you drive your

career by only accepting engagements that are of interest to you and help build your resume and market value.

Your resume will never ever be presented to a Client of ours before we have your approval!
